The composition appears to be a bit lacking here due to the brightly lit mountain is more in focus rather than the Tibetan temple. I'm not sure if that was what you were going for but since the temple is the only structure in the piece I'm guessing that is what you wanted to be the focal point. Due to the temple being a bit too close to the left edge of the picture, the mountain is now even more in focus. An alternative option would've been to move the closest cliff that is in the shadow to the left and the bright mountain to the right to open up some space between them where the temple could be placed in order for it to be in focus.
The jacket of the character seem to be a bit thin for a climate like that - It almost looks like a rain coat rather than a deep snow coat.
Apart from the composition and the coat business, this is a nicely put together piece! The blending of the different cliffs is seemless and nothing really stands out. The perspective of the temple fits with the rest of the cliffs as well.
